Race Timing Services
The Bowling Green Road Runners Club is happy to assist with the timing of events provided we are not otherwise committed to another race on the specific date and have the volunteers necessary to help.
Please provide us with the event date and we will review your request with our board members.
• We typically charge $150 for our timing services, plus an additional $25 for gas/transportation to an out-of-town destination (if you do not need insurance coverage through our RRCA policy). Those services include the age-group breakdowns for the run, plus the top 5 male/female finishers in the walk (if you have a fun walk event).
• If you need age-group breakdowns in a walk event, we add $100 for a total of $250 plus the $25 for gas.
• If insurance coverage is required, there is an additional charge of $350 (so the totals would be $525 or $625 depending on your needs for a walking event).
• We typically do not rent our clocks by themselves. If a BGRR board member is participating in an event and is willing to transport the clock, we’re happy to let that individual take responsibility for it and rent it in that scenario for $50.
