BGRC Track Workouts

An event every week that begins at 5:00am on Tuesday, repeating until September 24, 2019
Join us every Tuesday morning for track work at BGHS track. It is dark at 5 am currently, so be ready to run in the dark at the start. Also don’t forget plenty of water.
If you have never run track and would like to know more, simply contact P.J. Pethalsky and he can give you some general pointers to get you started. Everyone is responsible for their own workouts, but anyone is welcome to come and get some general pointers to start down the road to interval training. Don’t be afraid to try.
Simply be down on the track or up in the parking lot (there is construction currently) to get a warmup in. The group then gets down on the track to start on workouts before finishing up with a cool down. Workouts typically last around an hour.
